Beer Labels of Love

By Catherine Holt:

How many times have you heard the phrase “A way to a man’s heart is through his stomach”. That often makes me laugh, as my cooking is not the best, but thankfully there are other ways to a mans heart, and one of them is with beer!

Let’s face it, most men love their beer and this can be the perfect gift that is not too expensive and will surely put a huge smile on his face.  However, this can sometimes seem like a gift that doesn’t come with much thought, but that doesn’t have to be the case.

By adding a personal touch to the beer bottle, you can be sure to give a gift that your man will absolutely love, at the same time as him thinking you are extra special for putting a quirky touch to it.

These beer printables were originally made for Valentines day, but they would also be perfect for birthday or anniversary gifts.

Alternatively, you could just give a gift of beer to show your appreciation and love.  Women love to have a bunch of flowers given to them for no reason, so I’m sure guys would be just as happy to be given a 6 pack “just because”.

For an added touch, you could also present them in a box or basket and suddenly you have a beer hamper. What could be a more perfect gift than that!

Just watch the grin on his face as he sits with a beer in hand, whilst reading how you love him very much.

There are six designs for you to choose from.  You can choose to use every design or you may prefer to pick just one or two.  You can print for free as many times as you like and enjoy the personal touch of your gift.

These party printable’s can be printed at home using a colour printer here.

When you print ensure your settings are set to print the file in “Actual Size”.  Do not crop or reduce the size of the file.

  1. Excellent post, we did something similar for my dad’s birthday, we bought him a home brewing kit and a box of bottles for his beer, we printed off and attached the labels to the bottles so when he unwrapped his presents there were 6 bottles of larger and 6 of bitter with his name on them as the brewery with a little logo.

It is a great idea Catherine and one most people can do easily. Those little things can mean a lot.

      • It’s a great idea Andi, such a nicer idea than just giving ‘beer’! I think the personal touch goes a long way to making gifts extra special and you sound like you had that fully covered :-)

  2. Great to see you writing here Catherine!

Love the beer label ideas, though if I’m honest, I thought the hamper idea was even better. Never thought of doing that, but simply adding your beers/wine/food to a basket will instantly turn them into a high quality hamper!

Mother’s day is this weekend, so I think I may just put together a nice hamper for my very special Mum. :)

    • Catherine is full of great ideas, glad I could feature a few on my site. Thanks for reading Matt.

      • Thanks for the compliment Brian :-)
That is a wonderful idea Matt, that i’m sure your mum will absolutely love! Hampers are SO expensive to buy, but not that expensive to make, plus you can put all the best things in there and not have a hamper with a few ‘dodgy’ things in! Fill it with all her favourite foods and she will love it!!!
